im a huge blueberry muffin fan. im talking huge. and these get my approval.
also there is a recipe on the back for lemon blueberry muffins with a glaze.
well, i took the recipe for the glaze (j isnt a lemon fan) and tweeked it.
i used 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, 1/2 tbsp of water, and 1/2 tbsp of milk.
(i was experimenting, but it worked.)
i need you all to try this.
let me know if you have any suggestion for the glaze.

haha! it cracks me up that you posted about these...my mom has bought these little muffin packs ever since i was little, and they are so good and simple! she used to make them for us before school :) the chocolate chip muffins by that brand are reeeeal good.

ReplyDeleteI've made them before in a mini muffin pan and put 2-3 each in zip lock bags for "on the go" breakfasts during the week. Love. :-)
