laura hunter got married

la edited her pictures and posted some of them on facebook.

so i thought i would share with you.

so there was a rehearsal dinner.

here is lovey and i at said dinner.

then it was saturday.

so we got ready in our robes.

grabbed our flowers.

and walked down the aisle.

aaron and laura hunter had such a beautiful wedding.

then we took Meredith College pictures.

i don't get to see these girls often, but i miss them so much.

so when we do reunite, it's absolutely amazing.

this little cutie was my dance partner all night.

i could just eat her up. :)

im so grateful that you asked me to be your matron of honor. i loved being able to stand next to you on your wedding day and witness the covenant you made with aaron. i cant wait to see your marriage grow and strengthen as you grow old together. i am so blessed to be able to call you one of my best friends. i love you so much!

i have refused for many many years to be a part of this twitter mess.

but after persuassion from my husband and friends i caved.

Tuesday.

We went to our friend Dorie's house for community group.

Dorie's family raises horses... and races them at Churchill Downs.

but they also have chickens.

and chickens are cool.

because you can feed chickens.

okay, yes i know you can and should feed all animals...

but i don't have pictures of us feeding other animals.

meet my boyfriend/girlfriend... viva la diva. 

and hannah's boyfriend/girlfriend too.

but for all i know those could be different horses.

we also got to go fishing.

 Friday.

Fourth Street Live had another concert.

Montgomery Gentry.

and let me tell you it was packed!

so michelle and i went to visit our husbands at work.

oddly enough, michelle and i work together and josh and william work together.

there is this huge conference this week and they made this really cool thing for the stage.

there's some lights and some tv's but thats about as technical as i get.

then michelle and william had us over for breakfast...

at 1:00 am 

because thats when the boys finished building that cool thing.

and precisely 12 hours later i was woken from my sleep...

(yes i slept until 1, but i was tired guys. come on.)

because this little cutie passed out.

so josh, hannah, and i took her to the hospital.

and this is where our saturday was spent.

but praise God she is okay! 

then we went to Chuy's for some tex mex after they released her.

Sunday.

my husband thinks he is still 7.

granted, i act like im 7 sometimes so its okay.

but he ate all of this ice cream.

we should buy stock in ice cream.

all ice cream.

iphone wednesday

i know what you are thinking...

said with a hint of sarcasm.

just pretend it is monday as you read this.

we really do have a busy life.

we went to chickfila.

and yes my husband loves his condiments. :)

we had dessert with some great friends...

 this week was the justin beiber of country...

after the concert, 

we went two-steppin'.

have i ever told yall how much i love to dance?

welllll, i freakin love to dance my friends. 

saturday. 

we went to a BBQ, Blues, and Brew festival in jeffersonville.

(which for all you non-louisville people...

is right across the river)

you can see the louisville skyline behind the bridges.

 there was also funnel cakes.

which you shouldnt eat when the wind blows. 

but in addition to funnel cakes...

there were rednecks.

i apologize for the creeper picture.

but my friend was in the way.

next awesome redneck i see,

i promise to take a better picture.

and on saturday night,

we went swing dancing,

which is a blast.

and then we went back for some more two steppin'.

sunday.

we went salsa dancing.

did i mention i love dancing?

umm... yep!

the big news for this past week...

i found out that we are getting these two amazing stores.

and yes they are expensive, but still incredibly awesome. 

i may or may not have almost jumped out of the car when i saw urban.

and i was told i wasnt allowed to take a picture of the "anthropologie coming soon" sign.

but who said i cant blog about them!

iphone tuesday

so as i promised.

and dinner at penn station.

 saturday.

afternoon lunch at panera and dinner at the greek festival.

the louisville greek festival has become an annual tradition.

... hard to believe we have been here long enough for annual traditions.

sunday. 

josh preached in indianapolis.

and coffee was necessary.

the also serve lunch every sunday.

and if you know anything about josh and i,

we are "simple" eaters.

code for we dont eat the above "stuff" very often.

but we have been trying lots of new things thanks to

our exciting louisville friends and the korean church.

our dear friend kala come down for a visit. 

kala lived in louisville until last september, 

the she moved to columbus, ohio.

sometimes kala and i look like sisters in pictures.

its fun.

diet coke is always more fun in a glass bottle.

then dinner at a mexican restaurant

because we hadn't been cultured enough that day.

and a fun fact about the wester's...

anytime we can eat outside

the opportunity is taken. 

i hope iphone tuesday was as good as iphone monday. :)
